Do I have PTSD? Frequent nightmares, hypervigilance, anxiety, or being easily startled can be signs worth exploring. They don’t automatically mean PTSD. If they’re persistent or disrupting your life, consider speaking with a mental health professional. #PTSD #MentalHealth #theroadtomentalwellness
