Days five was a whirlwind so I am posting my #elfie a day late. We did a live recording of the #RaftOfBitches podcast at #WestTechFest with Cheryl Mack from Aussie Angels, then headed straight from there to #BeerOps. I made this shirt with a line from a famous Spice Girls Christmas carol

If, like me, you are forced to switch to WSL, I recommend doing it while sitting in the hotel restaurant watching the rain listening to 90s and early 2000s bangers. Yes I immediately themed Ubuntu to look like git bash… #sorrynotsorry

A very old photo of Mischka the small calico cat at just two weeks old. Her aunt is lying on a couch wearing a red t shirt. She has long, dark hair that tiny two-week-old Mischka is lying on, up near her aunt's neck. Mischka lies on her side with her little tummy showing. Her front paws with pink toe beans are stretched as far forward as they can go - which is not even as far as her face, because they are tiny toddler proportions. Her eyes are closed, and she has an extremely contented and rather milk-drunk look on her face. Alternatives to GitHub Copilot please? I mainly use copilot chat and not phased about autosuggestion. I’m certain there are much better options out there now. My main pain points with gh copilot are that it isn’t trained on Laravel 11 or Livewire 3 and also it is *too* chatty
