#Parkrun #Hillsborough #Sheffield #oversixtiesrunners #runchat Not at my best on this morning’s #run. Feeling snotty and breathing all over, #running at a comfortable pace my heart rate was unusually high, slowing down didn’t help so kept going finished first in my age group. Tired at the end.
