So, the US signed a nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia to give them our technology, while going to war with Iran allegedly because of their nuclear program. Next things you’ll tell me is that the US put up a blockade to stop Iran from putting up a blockade.

During law school, a student had a schizophrenic break and several committed suicide. More suffered significant mental health challenges. More than a decade later, a student in my first class took his own life. We have to do better. I became a law professor to do better. The law must do better.

In 1977 the NY Supreme Court held that Renee Richards could compete in the US Open as a woman stating, “the unfounded fears and misconceptions of defendants must give way to the overwhelming medical evidence that this person is now female.” More than 45 years later people still don’t get it.
