#hobbystreak day 58: Dug through my unbuilt and extra Malifaux stuff. Rebased a Guild Autopsy to be my third Dead Outlaw. Found a Death Marshal to use as 33. Then used the Through the Breach character pack to make a 2nd Convict Gunslinger.

#hobbystreak day 57, part 2: Ended with my first game of Malifaux 4th Edition (M4E from now on). Didn't take many pictures as I was making sure I remembered rules. Must say, despite a lot of models no longer in the same faction (or existing at all), it's a much better system.

#hobbystreak day 56: As expected, today was sorting through my Malifaux models to make sure I could fit the ones I need in a case. A mouse got into the garage over the winter and had chewed up a couple trays, so I had to move stuff around. Plus some models are no longer usable, or in faction.

Action Figure Pic(s) of the Day: Some new arrivals. First up: Snake Eyes (Dawn Moreno). Backstory is complicated, short version transplanted memories. It's par for G.I. Joes. Top-mid. Could use more hands, a better pistol (falls out of holster) but it's still quite decent.

#hobbystreak day 52: Some minor touch-ups to all 5 of these guys, then on to some cockpit work. The metallic blue was not working, just didn't look right, so I tested out a lighter, non-metallic blue. I think it works well. Then based the other two cockpits dark blue as set-up for painting those.

#hobbystreak day 50: Birthday Bash with Marshall and Brendan. Since we had just enough players, we ended up playing Shadows of Brimstone. I played the Wandering Samurai and did pretty well overall. Had a string of down rolls in the middle, but still a great time!

Action Figure Pic(s) of the Day: Berenice, part 2. Despite the minor issue, you can still pose her, just gotta be very careful of the stance. Her armor still allows pretty good mobility of arms and I dig how the top of her hair comes off to fit the helmet on.

#hobbystreak day 45: Wash on the test metal on the Jager. I think I need to wait until the post wash drybrush to be sure. It's still distinct, but lost a lot of the blue. Then, for something completely different, sorted all the Malifaux 4E Outcasts cards.

Hobbying at the FLGS today. Some work on the black portions of the Wasp and Wolfhound. Looking at the pics, I see parts i'll have to fix...perils of painting without my magnifier. Also did minor touch-ups and tan drybrush on the Firestarter.

#hobbystreak day 41: Got the middle off-black blocked out better on the Rifleman Sneede II. This pose really challenged this scheme. The torso is twisted to one side and both legs are angled outward making it a bit harder to figure out how the colors should be placed.

#hobbystreak day 37, part 2: Scouring Sands 2nd mission. After we hot dropped on a Jade Falcon base, they decided to punish the locals. We would not stand for that, so we set up to defend the city. We got the locals to set up turrents and help us set up an ambush.

#hobbystreak day 36: We adjusted our overall list for Scouring Sands, so the Jagermech is out. Added a Wasp in it's place. Realized I'd forgotten the radar dish for the Sneede Rifleman, so I put that on. Primed both, then painted the dark gray bit and put a black wash on the Wasp

Action Figure Pic(s) of the Day: Next weapon for General Panda, his sword. It's very neat, but the paint was chipped...luckily that is something I can fix. Also came in a scabbard, with some wired clot bits to attach it. Again, instructions would've been good, but I got it to work.

Action Figure Pic(s) of the Day: More General Panda. He comes with a pretty good wired cape. I wish he came with instructions, so I wouldn't have to wing it on all these accessories...but it goes on pretty well after a couple tries. And it's pretty decently wired. Solid poseability.

Action Figure Pic of the Day: Final thoughts (for now) on @mezcotoyz.bsky.social Superman. He's not perfect, but he's really good. The bodysuit is a different material and looks good, feels different and bunches up a little. The trunks need some work, but still solid. Definitely will do.
