This was made possible by years of Russia convincing everyone that Ukraine is not part of Europe. Now the U.S. joined the party. And there’s still time for Europe to abandon this self-destructive delusion because, unlike in WWII, today the U.S. might not fight on Europe’s side.

It’s a huge mistake that Europe accepts it as an axiom that the war must end with Russia at some table. This war must end with Russia’s absolute, crushing defeat. And the only table the arrested Kremlin should face is in the Hague—whoever makes it that far. Not everyone did in WWII.

i honestly want us in Ukraine to rebuild nuclear weapons that all the big countries convinced us to surrender in the 90s. i dont see anyone holding up their end of the bargain so why should we. i guess no-one cares if Russians kill us all but it would be nice to at least have revenge
