whenever i read something that is... i don't know, lore-heavy? i sometimes wonder if the information i learned was something i should have known like several pages ago

just finished the demo and i need to scream about how stunning this is!!!!!! please please play this demo if you enjoy visual novels at all, the presentation is on another level. it draws you in headfirst into its world and doesn't let go. the visuals pair so beautifully with its indulgent prose.

if i tried to do that "9 games that shaped me who i am" thing, i don't think i would have enough games to fill the list

i ended up spending most of the day reading a bit of nightwood and repeating several paragraphs because i get lost in the middle of doctor o'connor's dialogue

skysl∀shnova @johnnyunfunny.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

the problem with our notes is how the rhythm game aspects gets in the way of the real meat of the game (gambling)

010

skysl∀shnova @johnnyunfunny.bsky.social · 26/09/2026

i think i'm seeing a lot of opinions about our notes that it should have been a VN instead but im wondering if there's an example of a VN with a story format that's serialized like how a story would be in a gacha

for a good 10 minutes i was trying to remember who the 6th member of mygo was before realizing what the issue is

010

skysl∀shnova @johnnyunfunny.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

a face you shouldn't show is pretty neat i think. the story is pretty okay but it's very erotic and arousing

110

skysl∀shnova @johnnyunfunny.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

wait a minute... i don't have to play our notes

010

skysl∀shnova @johnnyunfunny.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

i think i passed that exam but it hurts a whole lot more to think that i could have gotten an actually good score in retrospect and not just a passing grade.
