Their own. I mean I could absolutely adjust my schtick to the littler kids or drop the act, but yeah. A huge reason I worked better with the older kids was the independence with the bathroom thing. And again, I think I was a fantastic counselor/fun uncle in the end.

Oh god - the ability to say I need to use the restroom and go on their own (but using the buddy system) is why I was always assigned kids between 10-13 as a camp counselor and not the little little ones. Absolute horror stories there.

An equilteral triangle cut in half i can't describe the exact shapes other than I think I accidentally made another rquilateral triangle and what we will round to an irregular pentagon. I also have notes asking what now triangle people and cut in half. The handwriting is bad.

I made a former colleague super mad because I assumed he was a Trumper, and he was all "oh yeah, i get that a lot" when I pointed to the Pepperdine law degree on his office wall. He also later accepted an AUSA spot in the current admin, so I'll say I was right.

Yeah, I'm not a medical pro to be sure, but that's the stuff I have had drilled in to never mess with. And I do not want to see Jalen suffer something that could get a lot more serious because I love the guy as a football player. But, it's known and being monitored, so hopefully he winds up okay.

Like blood clots in the legs are one of the medical things that scare the hell out of me, but I never know if I'm being overly cautious or reasonable. Flying home with a known clot, though, is where I really took issue.

I live in (essentially) downtown Atlanta, amd my job is in Lawrenceville. In a county infamous for rejecting public transit expansion in the 1990s. I could take a series of four busses and a train that is 2h51m to 3h24m each way or have to drive about 65 miles RT daily.

It's so frustrating (and I know I angry post about it at times too) because encouraging cycling/walking/mass transit is a very good thing! Some of us also are stuck in areas where a car is needed because of bigger infrastructure/policy decisions. And to mostly agree with most bike folks...
