They need to read up on Asquith and Ireland. The parallels are hard to ignore: a downward spiral into violent domestic unrest largely created by a cabinet wholly unwilling to take action. And we all know that we're still living with the consequences.

If you buy a physical book it is reasonable to expect that the license holder isn't going to take that book from your shelf at a later date with no explanation. I believe it is not unreasonable to expect the same of digital game purchases.

I would say the argument here is not about ownership vs. license (though it is being framed that way) but what the customer can reasonably expect when purchasing a license to a digital piece of media.

I decided to find out whether Cork City ever returned a Tory MP. Turns out they did, and more than once. The last was one William Goulding. He sat for 4 years but only because the Nationalist vote was split in the by-election of 1876. He was defeated in the GE of 1880.

I think a lot of people don't really understand that the reports of Russian forces looting museums in occupied Ukraine (particularly Kherson prior to liberation) were not just "soldiers being soldiers" but rather an extremely intentional occupation policy meant to steal cultural heritage
