My fourth story this month should be posted tonight. Yes! As far as #KindleVella is concerned, I got game. Okay, it's not O Henry, but it's good. Check it out. #writingcommunity #writer #author #adultfiction #story

In the early morning darkness I graduated from my developmental exercise of working up a fiction/exposition hybrid like Hugo's essay in the midst of the Hunchback but more organic. I got it down. Now I start a new series for it. This is the last promo for Civilizado. #writingcommunity #writing

#writingcommunity I like to work top down, beginning with big ideas and working through to dialogue and mannerisms. I sketched out a story idea as usual but when I began to write I found that the sketch was a coherent narrative needing only technique. I am gaining competence at a difficult form.

💙📚 The new episode of Civilizado, Possession, is now 'Live' on Kindle Vella for your inspection. The opening is a little dry, trying to say too much in too few words, but stick with it. It gets better. This is a new style for me. Still learning. #writingcommunity #writer #adultfiction #kindlevella

I just started Seabury Quinn's fourth volume of stories, Rival from the Grave and am still working my way through Discovering Prices, an introduction to an auction model of market pricing.

Okay I'm promoting my new episode of my serial, Civilizado, on #KindleVella which every serious reader should check out, both the episode and the platform. The episode is an interesting cerebral twist on a #whodunit and the platform is #discovery itself. #writingcommunity #writer

Finally got myself in gear and finished an episode of my Civilizado series on #KindleVella. It's in review at this moment. Hooray! Amazon now requests reports on #AI participation. I used claude.ai as Beta reader but I wrote every word with full #creative control so I said, no. #writingcommunity 💙📚

💙📚 Generated some original thought of apparent merit which diverted me from finishing my Kindle Vella story. It's just one thing after another, y'know. So I made a few changes and folded it into the story. Back writing. #writingcommunity #writing #story

Do you appreciate the intellectual exercise in the amateur sense? Thoughtwork for the sake of thoughtwork, a vocation of some rigor certainly but not straitjacketed by bureaucratic notions of merit? A Kindle Vella series just for you, witty, fast moving, intelligent... Civilizado. #writing #story
