Live events, specifically Mastermind type events, are great. Also like coaching sessions that center around a specific topic.

What does his buyout look like? If things go south I’d hate for it to turn into another Kenny Payne situation.

Don’t worry it’s probably actually owned in their self-directed IRA. No reporting necessary.

But if you setup an LLC in Wyoming and buy a car with your winnings you don’t pay tax.

We need to flip our mindset. Auburn and Creighton got screwed the most of any teams in the tournament because they have to play us.

Listening to Paul Rogers they made a good point. Our guys didn’t leave the gym until after 1 this morning. I know I was exhausted all day just from staying up to watch last night’s game.

I think the biggest question is who will the Browns pass on that will be a better QB than whoever they draft.

There are people who think he’s good at business because he refused to pay contractors. That’s not good business it just makes you an asshole.

there are tens of millions of Americans who broadly think of Donald Trump as “the guy who is good at money/business”, in large part because he starred in a popular reality TV show that presented him as a business expert, a job he accepted in part because his actual businesses were failing

Mike I love your updates! Accountants need to prioritize their health, especially during tax season!

I finally stopped going on Twitter. Two weeks strong so far. Everything is better.

@tylergreever.bsky.social @eric-crawford.bsky.social @cardchronicle.bsky.social is Bellarmine the best team ever to be left out of the ASUN conference tournament? Up 50-19 at half.

@cardchronicle.bsky.social do you have a comment on this? If this is allowed then UofL has to put the national championship banner back up.

Got a new credit card in the mail to replace one that expired. I always pay off my balance so I've never looked at the interest rate, but this one was 24.5%! How is that allowed?

This is outrageous. At least they’re shameless and not trying to hide their motives and agenda this time.

Lamar’s going to take care of the Bills for you.

@eric-crawford.bsky.social @tylergreever.bsky.social I think we need to be talking about what a going on at Bellarmine. The bottom’s fallen out.

I love Pat Kelsey. This is so much fun.

What is this feeling? It’s so nice to care about UofL basketball again.

One of the best parts of Louisville is we get all four seasons. With that being said, it’s time to stop being in Winter. Give me 95 and humid over a foot of snow every day.

This might be my favorite one yet! I didn’t know this was a thing until my parents mentioned it to me last night.

x X has ~18m daily USA users. @bsky.app, ~1.5m. Is it worth 20 MINS a day to proactively recruit and bring your friends, neighbors, relatives, businesses, anyone who is or could be a user, to @bsky.app? If Bluesky ends up with more users than the others, you destabilize musk, zuck, trump.

I’d say B so far, but I think the grade will be higher at the end of the season. If it’s any indication, my interest the last couple of years was a 2 (I still watched but didn’t care). Now I’m back to a 9 where I live and die with every possession.

I think PE companies that buy accounting firms are eventually in for a rude awakening.

John Ackerman @johnack.bsky.social · 28/12/2024

Bench Accounting abruptly shut down today. The company was built on trying to undercut accountants and charging rock bottom prices. If you are looking for a new accountant, please reach out to a local firm instead of a tech-focused company that removes the personal relationship
