I remember watching the 6 sixes as a cricket-mad 11 year old. I thought it had been broadcast live but apparently it wasn't, just as highlights. I think my Dad reckoned he was a "slogger"😂

It's very much in the vein of The Civil War. Same narrator, same reading of letters from soldiers etc. Great descriptions of the key battles and the like.
