@siyuan-feng.bsky.social led this project developing a new statistical framework that leverages replication to better estimate quantitative trait differentiation (QST) and identify potential locally adaptive traits. Next goal is to apply it to multi-omic data (chromatin/RNA/protein). Stay tuned!
