Testing my shoe box eclipse camera obscura. The pin hole is a little too big (about 0.8 mm). And the screen is too close to the pin hole (about 25 cm).

A reflection of the sun off the internal screen (white paper sheet) inside my shoe box eclipse camera obscura. The image of the sun is about 5 mm in diameter, a bit blurry and very bright. It is the full sun, the eclipse will happen in about two hours from now.

yup. had an accident once in an unfamiliar city. had to drive the broken vehicle to the next petrol station, pick a folding map from a stand, draped it over the ice cream box and asked the clerk where we are and if i could use their phone

a german road map book opened to the pages of the Bielefeld area. on the left side a carton panel with a huge tabular for distances between major cities is folded over the left page. that tabular page is fixed to the front cover and often serves as a bookmark

Ein mild-verwittertes Schild aus Blech, auf Wand aus roten Ziegelsteinen genagelt. Aufschrift: „Draußen nur Kännchen“

Is there an easy way to find which starter pack was responsible for following some weirdos?

A bsky user with a weird political skeet whom I am following. They are tagged as „Jesse Singal“ follower.
