Fine dining, 1966. Artist: Kenneth Inns
Two children help themselves to a large plates of blamange, sausages, salad, and eclairs. The girl, like a young Lucy Worsley, eats slowly and demurely. The boy piles up his plate

Incredibly sad about this news I loved Sass Jordan's 90s albums esp Rats. Amazing singer songwriter and should have been massive.

Will have to go hunting now it was bizarrely a mainstream ladies fashion magazine at the time not what you'd expect this contest in 😂.

It's a rights of way issue non train travellers use it. Also great to get to n from Hopkinsons in seconds. Similar issues in Sheffield to get out towards Park Hill so they can't put ticket gates on

Use it quite often and love Hopkinsons next door for coffee n retro shops. Did they permanently close the exit straight to Hopkinsons ?

Barnsley Folk Festival excellent Saturday evening for a tenner surrounded by friends with values. We need values at the moment and to read away from social media. Left another gig after a quick visit last night I prefer to be around socially conscious people nowadays n care about my heritage

Jo's top ten of why I love attending independent UK music venues rather than chains venues or arenas 3, location location my faves are in towns or small cities where you can often find half decent parking that doesn't feel risky as a lone woman. Nothing like the big cities with rotten transport
