I use a tub of ready mix. If you keep the roller damp it doesn't stick. Not wet though, otherwise the polyfilla definition is poor

My standard material is polyfilla. I apply a 2mm coat, allow it to set for about 5-10 mins, then roll a dampened rolling pin over it. Then after 20 mins, run a finger over the surface to remove any sharp or messy edges. I've also seen people glue on (with pva) air drying clay, but I've not tried it

Just a little portable heater. But the walls are 45mm thick, the roof and floor are insulated, and so should be ok Plus I can always wear socks...

Well, previously I made everything on a 2ftx3ft table in the dining room, so this is a huge upgrade. I still will only be able to set up my tables at shows, but as this is a craft space, its all positive
