I reached out to Raygun to confirm if they were told directly that ICE was expected in Des Moines today. Response from their owner, Mike Draper:

yes, someone from DMPD came into our Des Moines store this morning and mentioned 300 ICE agents were coming to DSM with Trump's visit and not coordinating with DMPD.
we let City Council and DMPS know what we'd heard.
a City Council person said that they had heard 300 DHS Security people were coming....
...but they hadn't heard if it was ICE.
we didn't want to post publicly since we don't know for sure, but we wanted to pass on what we felt was credible info from someone in law enforcement.
we'll see. we hope it doesn't escalate, but we want to prepare just in case.
