BACK UPDATE! Since my fall while walking/running backward flying a kite, today my back actually isn’t that bad! It’s not nearly as hard to get up from my computer chair anymore. They said 4–8 weeks to heal... more like 2–4 weeks for me! LOL.

My back still hurts, but thankfully it’s not too bad now. I’m still having trouble getting up after sitting, though. Sitting is also pretty uncomfortable. I constantly feel like I need to move around and change positions just to get comfortable. Hopefully, it keeps improving!

PSA: You don’t need to shut down your computer every single day! Sleep mode is perfectly fine for regular daily use. Restart periodically for updates and a fresh start, and shut it down when you won’t be using it for a while. Your PC doesn’t need a nightly bedtime!

Some people say they NEVER shut down their PC, so I went to my friend @ChatGPT. ChatGPT says you don’t need to shut down every day. Sleep is fine for everyday use, but restarting regularly and shutting down occasionally can give your PC a fresh start.

I hate @Windows computers. I have one from @CLXGaming, and since getting it in early 2023, I’ve already had to get it fixed TWICE—most likely for the same problem. Meanwhile, you can have an @Apple Mac for 6 years and it can still feel almost like new.
