I believe The apostrophe was invented by the chronicle early 1900s,was originally St James Park, like the one in London or Heaton Park no apostrophe required, it's the park in parish of St James, but I could be wrong.

Just like Manuel and pep,I know nothing,but there was a kc on that Neville,Keane, Wright and Scott thing that mentioned high court as a possibility but they would need good grounds to question legality of Pl rules.i personally think it would be wise for city to do a chelsea and accept any punishment

ultimate penalty for cheating is expulsion, but that depends on 75% of the league agreeing,unlikely in my opinion.Anything less than 50 points could be overcome to avoid relegation,they've spent a fortune this year so a transfer ban is pointless,in effect punishment may be 1 year European ban, sad
