There are already cases of US companies moving some production destined for foreign markets out of the US b/c Trump tariffs on inputs make it hard for them to complete globally (buff.ly/u7QTsnC). If Trump wants to accelerate that by blocking imports from some countries entirely, then YAY! (🙋🏻🇨🇦)

A major storm blew through Toronto. My power stayed on, but I went to the Toronto Hydro outage page (outagemap.torontohydro.com) to see if there were any outages. There were. I hope they get their power back soon. But something did brighten my day a little (see the image on the right).

I'm not particularly tech savvy when it comes to VPNs, like at all. I just took a screenshot of Google Maps and it too shows me Lake Ontario. Perhaps you have to turn off location services when using the VPN to see Lake Ontario, which wouldn't be terribly helpful if you're using it for navigation

If you can use a VPN to route your access through Canada, Apple Maps will show you Lake Ontario as Lake Ontario. I took this screenshot a couple of minutes ago from here in Toronto, Canada.
