Hey, hey, Geekly Gang! Kyra Kyle here with another underrated and/or underused comic book villain list. I intended to create an overall list of Underrated/Underused Batman villains, similar to early this month's Spider-Man list, but quickly found that Batman has way too many villains for just one list. Seriously. I compiled a list of almost fifty--50--villains. Not all of the villains were winners, but that left me with way too many for one or even three lists. I had to split up these villains. We'll begin with Batman villains who identify as women.
