sigh, yes it was but this is not, warcrimes are done by soldiers during armed conflict and the gendarmes (presuming you are US something between your MP's and national guard) are during peace time, while part of the armed forces, by legal definition a police force, not soldiers.

My controbution to the AC in europe discourse, this was the only way i could hook up the mobile ac unit we had lying arround without making the house actually warmer. Thats the smoke canal for our wood burner we haven’t installed yet. Our house is newly built with heatpump floor cooling.
