3rd paper of Maëlle’s Lefeuvre PhD thesis: doi.org/10.1016/j.an... We show that males experiencing condition mismatch at independence reduced № of syllables copied from their tutors. This confronts the idea that songs are fixed in juveniles, highlighting environmental impacts on avian communication.
