A cacophony of tractor horns are blaring outside the Oxford Farming Conference, ahead of environment secretary Emma Reynolds' speech. The Labour government's pre-Christmas u-turn on inheritance tax rules for farms doesn't seem to have quelled many farmers' anger. One told me: "We aren't going away."
