Straight up gaslighting on the site. (Yes I know the one in the OP is called an iBook.)
Screenshot from the Apple website for the MacBook neo. The text reads, “the most colorful MacBook lineup ever,” while showing just four colours, of which one is near-white and another is near-black.

Wow LinkedIn is really getting desperate in its struggle for relevance…

Happy New Year from Oz! 2025 was rough. Let’s try to turn this ship around, shall we?

Yeah in line 166 you manually set the axis labels from the xarray labels. We hope to instead grab this information automatically! (And also the scale/translate etc!)
Python code:

viewer.dims.axis_labels = chl.sub_array.dims

We think you must be doing something special with your plugin/arrays somewhere else though? Try this code: gist.github.com/jni/61762fbb... and you don't get any labeled axes…

At last year’s Global BioImaging conference in Okazaki, for the dinner they brought in a traditional Japanese drum band. It was absolutely amazing. In person even from a distance you feel the beating reverberate in your bones. I still feel privileged to have been there.

And when I wrote that post, there were 15 contributors to napari — we're now at 180+ and counting! I can't thank you all individually 😅 but I want to shout out to the core team past and present. napari.org/stable/commu...

Heck yeah we wanna keep Tim around! I wrote the @napari.org announcement at midnight (never do this 😂) and neglected to mention his awesome contributions — including but not limited to the cute reference frame handedness icons for the axis orientation widget! Oh and the axis orientation widget! 😂😍🤩
Cropped view of the napari viewer with the ndisplay right-click menu open, showing the handedness icon (a right hand with thumb, index, and middle finger pointing in orthogonal directions).
