Reminds me of my mom/the house I grew up in. She had her closet, her own dresser, half my dad's dresser, a wardrobe, my closet, 2 guest rooms and their closets, the hallway closet, 2 dressers in the living room, the entire laundry room, the 2nd bathroom and 75% of the basement full of clothes.

For me I found going from ~8+ hours of sleep a night to like 7ish (or even less sometimes) has made it very easy for me to fall asleep at a normal time. Before doing that I would struggle to fall asleep and/or my sleep schedule would constantly shift later and later every day.
