It is a bucket list item for me to travel first class somewhere. I’ve always been a bit of a nerd where airline first class is involved so I know that if I ever get to, I wanna fly Emirates or Singapore Airlines for first class.

Best Airport - Hartsfield Jackson (ATL). It’s enormous yes but there’s a TON of restaurant options and damn near every international flight from the South or East coast passes through there. Worst Airport - LAX. The damn near 45 minute walk through all the damn tunnels is just far too much.

i think about the Indian food i got at Dishoom(?) in London all the time. best Indian food i ever had. ever. only one place has been able to come close in the States and its a spot in LA.

Cancun💀 It is BEAUTIFUL don’t get me wrong. But the influence of American tourism was so strong in that city I felt like I was just in South Texas at times. Like I had a good time but I might have had a better time in another city in Mexico that didn’t have as much of American influence.

New York City. I’ve been maybe 5-6 times before and I enjoy it every time. There’s always something new to do, some new experience to have, etc. I never have the same experience twice.

When I traveled to Paris in 2019. I was so nervous to go because I don’t know French (i was using a lot of Google Translate the whole time) and I was worried I was gonna get pickpocketed (HILARIOUS as an American). I navigated the city well and had a wonderful time.

It genuinely depends on the location for me. Some places are more fun if you’re in a couple or with a group of friends. Some places hit better by yourself.

I absolutely love seeing how everyday residents of the place I’m traveling live. I don’t always care about the big tourist destinations. I just enjoy talking to people and hearing their stories and seeing all the similarities humans have even when thousands of miles apart.

Two weeks in Thailand 🇹🇭 I want to visit the beaches, check out all the cool temples, visit museums, EAT, visit an elephant sanctuary, go to a Thai language class, etc.

im pretty sure the first place I ever traveled to (that i can remember) was a plane ride to Virginia. i wanted to open the window to touch the clouds and my grandma slapped my hand and told me to stop💀

I love to be celebrated through gifts and acts of service. I do a lot and give a lot to people so it feels good to have that reciprocated.

My notebooks that I used to write stories in when I was in middle school and high school.

I know I’m being loved properly when other folks can see it too. One of my best friends always tells my husband she can see how much he loves and cares for me and that’s the main reason she allows his presence. She’s a bit of a black cat personality-wise😂

To me personally, fear is scarier. Humans can do some pretty awful things when scared.

Both. Whether you want to or not, you *will* change somehow. If you desire change you may be more open to it when it happens and it might feel less like a tidal wave and more like standing in a river and letting change flow around you. Idk if that makes any sense.

When someone calls or texts me and says, “You were on my mind” or “I was just thinking about you”.

Take care of myself genuinely. I could stand to look out for myself more and take better care of my mind and body.

I haven’t touched them in at least 7-10 years but my HP books ONLY because they are the only things I was able to take with me when my family had to evacuate New Orleans for Hurricane Katrina when I was 9 going on 10. Theyre on the bottom (mostly obscured) shelf of my bookshelf.
