I know this has to be a bot. It's certainly not from someone who watched the movies. But also, this just does not make sense. The Purge happens, an orchestrated white supremacist night of violence to eliminate BIPOC, political opponents etc... and in this world you're granted sole power over all?

Threads post reading: You know men made the Purge movies because if all crimes were legal for a full 24 hours, I would:

-cancel student loans
-cancel medical debt
-release the unredacted Epstein files
-bankrupt our oligarchy
-fund domestic violence shelters
-fund SNAP & medicaid/medicare

I just don't think this is sustainable. Out of the top 48 books in this genre, 12 were not obvious slop. These scammers have 100+ 'series' they started earlier this year.

Doing Facebook ads and it OF COURSE keeps pushing AI at me at every step (targetting, translations, graphics, copy, literally every single step) but this is one of its suggested graphics where it says (with caveats) that I *could* get 10% higher click through with AI-generated images.

An absolutely butchered graphic that says Mafia romune king! in a speech bubble and "Obsessed with the spaie" over top of the text in the bottom corner where it's also repeated kindleunlimited twice, it's awful and ugly slop.

The original image that I uploaded that has a couple embracing in the background along with a cover and a trope list that doesn't have random letters and speech bubbles mangling everything.

Threads is such a modern, cutting edge app that this is what their emoji selection looks like on desktop. This is actually an upgrade from how it was last week.

Once more, the Google Play store does something I'm grateful for. Amazon just activated AI in people's books, but Google Play gives you an option to turn off GenAI recap features for your books. Under Book Catalog > Advanced Settings > AI Settings. #Booksky #Romancelandia

This movie used the term picayunish and I had to look it up (it means of little value or importance, or petty and small-minded.) but the google use chart is so cool because it wasn't used at all, then a bit, then a lot, then not used at all again.

The Google Books word usage for the term picaynish that shows it peaked in the 1950s before declining to nothing in around 2012.
