So.. let’s put this in perspective… Trump will unveil new sweeping tariffs which will cause prices to rise in the US for consumers. Consumers respond by buying less therefore crippling the US economy. Manufacturers see this and decide investing in a shrinking economy is a good idea? Okay.

This is the problem. We’ve been turned into lazy, complacent consumers. We’re afraid of “losing our stuff” so fighting in an actual war is unthinkable. Instead we’re going to wait and hope it doesn’t come for us while we watch it come for everyone else. We don’t deserve anyone’s help.
