made this a week before ch5 came out was meant to be a prediction for if there was a hathy version of floradinn in ch5, now it works as a sort of what-if thing they're called hathorns, and personality wise they're pretty similar to hathys all things considered #deltarune #chapter5 #hathy

hathorn, a hathy resembling rose darkner, created before I learned how flowers work in darkness, with a rose head with a spiral on top and three petals along the sides of its head and back, black lips, a gold petal crown, and a pink robe with a red flower with a yellow center on it. what a hand and dress are on a hathy are a vine and roots, and it's heart staff is instead a pink staff with two yellow diamonds on each end.

You can use the watering can on Ralsei and after holding it for long enough, a flower will grow on their head. This works on both the hatted and hatless form. And also was teased in the spring 2024 newsletter.

Steam版用の緊急パッチを、もう1つリリースしました。これでクラッシュや進行不能になる不具合の大半に対処できたようなので、次のパッチはもう少し時間をかけて対応します。

Steam版用アップデートを、本日リリースしました。
チャプターのバージョン番号は、ファイル選択画面の右下でご確認いただけます。

変更内容

Chapter 5 Steam Version 0.0.243

・Chapter 5のラスボス戦で負けたあと、セーブせずにエリアを出てから別の場所でゲームオーバーになると、
　「ファイル読み込み失敗画面（DogCheck）」が表示されるバグを修正しました。
・ピンクコインを使えるエリアでゲームがクラッシュする不具合を修正しました。
・画面上に歌詞が表示される際にゲームがクラッシュする不具合の修正を試みました。
・風に乗って上に舞い上がるエリアにダッシュせず入ると進行不能になる不具合を修正しました。
・黄色い巨大な銃が画面の外に出たままになって進行不能になる不具合を修正しました。
・巨大なメガネが無敵状態のままになって進行不能になる不具合を修正しました。
・とあるお祭りで、丸いものを買って後悔しているキャラクターに話しかけたあと、セーブして、ゲームを再度
　ロードし、もう一度このキャラクターに話しかけると進行不能になる不具合を修正しました。
・ハサミでカットする「こうどう」で、最初にハサミを動かさずに一定の時間が経過すると、
　自動的に「こうどう」が終了するフェイルセーフを追加しました。
・ブドウ…ではなく目玉のボウルに手を入れようとするとスプライトが消える不具合を修正しました。

引き続き、極力迅速に不具合への対応を進めてまいります。

DELTARUNE PC/Mac Hotfix Update

Today we released an update for PC/Mac to fix a few issues with the game.
You can confirm the chapter version number on the bottom right of the file select screen.

Changelist

Chapter 5 PC / Mac Version 0.0.243

- Fixed a bug where losing to the last boss of the chapter, leaving the area without saving, then getting a game over elsewhere would result in the file failed to load (dogcheck) screen.
- Fixed a crash in a room where you can spend Pink Coins.
- Attempted a fix for a crash when lyrics are displayed onscreen.
- Fixed a softlock when entering a room where you are blown upwards by wind, without dashing.
- Fixed a softlock where a large yellow gun could move offscreen forever.
- Fixed a softlock where a giant pair of glasses could become invincible forever.
- Fixed a softlock in a certain Festival after talking to the guy who regrets buying round things, saving, then reloading the game, then talking again.
- Added a failsafe to the scissor cutting ACT where the ACT will end automatically if enough time passes without initially moving.
- Sprites no longer disappear when trying to put your hands in the grape I mean eyeball bowl.

We will continue to address issues as quickly as we can.
