Boy, I'll tell you, as much as I love UZ (nee GZ) Doom's ability to use portals to stitch together complicated level structures, one disadvantage is that it can make editor views look MUCH less elegant than in traditional mapmaking

i get why AI is so depressing to me. because covid already shrunk my world to almost nothing, where almost all of my life revolves around socializing and watching videos on the internet (which is being ruined by AI) and creating creative works through coding (which is being ruined by AI), often using open source tools and libraries (which are being ruined by AI)

i already had so little and now even that is being rotted away before my eyes

screenshot #1 caused uzdoom to lock up completely upon loading. when the imp was moved as in #2, everything worked fine. anyway an underappreciated benefit of sentient AI would be that software would be able to fear the consequences if it pulled bullshit like this w/o a good explanation

the same area but the imp has been moved like 128 map units down and to the right. I would provide more context/description here except that I myself literally do not know because the software is completely opaque about what is causing it to hang.
