choreography on the streets of Vancouver. A woman in a steel grey full length jacket with her hands in motion. One hand is open, the other points to the sky. We do not see her face, but we know she is full of movement.

Some funky enclosed units stored/abandoned in Richmond

Funky enclosed units wrapped with transparent plexiglass or glass. Looks like some kind of condo demo unit or a movie set of a futuristic single dwelling

New creation #OmuSteakCroissant. Croissant stuffed with 3 slices of pink steak and an omelet with onions, red and orange bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. The seasoning is a little bit of salt, with pesto in the omelet.

Swedish cinnamon buns! Some are a bit lopsided but all taste yummy. #baking

Mini cinnamon buns in two pans. Golden brown from caramelisation and the filling is oozing out of some of them.

Vancouver skyrises of different generations, from past to present to future. #vancouver

5 Vancouver downtown highrises, each representing a different era of design, in different colours. Yellow brutalist with tiny windows, red mid 80's style tinted windows, blocky grey stereotypical condo, aquamarine blue full glass commercial building, and neofuturistic "tiled" glass building with a bite taken out of it (yah, I'm just describing it, above my paygrade who thought of that idea)

Day and Night #vancouver

Late afternoon light, looking into a skyline in Burnaby, some high rises in the distance and a plane flying above. mostly blue sky.

Night, science world lit in points of yellow. reflections in the water. Cambie bridge, vancouver.

Couple more first shots

Test shot of a lamp with glowing lights - first few pictures with the Meike 35mm f1.8

Test shot of a glass door window looking out into the sunlight - first few pictures with the Meike 35mm f1.8

First photo from Meike 35mm F1.8 Pro lens. I like the colours. It needed moderate barrel distortion correction but once I got it dialed in the software it seems fine! A relatively inexpensive lens that's good as a workhorse, and I won't be broken up about it if it gets damaged/stolen!

Photo of my blue jeans leg, with focus on the stitching/fabric. It's a nice lens, I like the colours. Needed a bit of barrel correction but that's done via software.
