This is going to be unpopular with many: As a former Hill staffer, part of the deal you sign up for is you could make a mistake that blows up in your boss' face publicly. However, that doesn't mean we should be doxing said staffer. The member is the public figure. It's unacceptable. Be better.

I was in a fraternity. It's time to shut the whole system down. I just don't see the benefits anymore. There are exceptions out there that are good fraternities, and I feel bad for their members, but it's time. The system is too toxic.

Jets offense is much improved this year. They need Fashanu to be better against speed rushes. But it's much better. Unfortunately, the defense line is getting bullied by the Lions, and their secondary is still not good enough. Those were the two concerns heading into season w the defense.

Jason Beck is overthinking things. Iowa has not stopped them out of the shotgun one back set all game unless they try and do a misdirection. He and a couple bad holding penalties kept this game close when Michigan should be up 3 TDs.

I want to know why the Jets challenged the ruling of down by contact when the refs had already decided it was recovered by the Packers if it wasn't down by contact. Either the refs or the Jets coaching staff had a massive mess up. It might have cost the Jets 3 points before half.

The contradiction for me with 9/11 is am I a survivor or not. It's something most people in Manhattan (me) or DC that day deal with. I was a "safe" distance away from the Towers in the East Village. But I also experienced the chaos and insanity of that day first hand.

Richy was proper Spurs true and through. What Spurs have done sucks. Additionally, he might be the best goal scorer on the roster, and brings a physicality and edginess that Spurs are lacking. All to put Murdyk on the roster instead.

This may be an unpopular opinion, but having been at White Heart Lane, and having experienced an away crowd at Forest, while the new stadium is a financial boon and doing wonders for the types of players we can bring in, it's hurting Spurs home field advantage a lot. Something has to be done.

While it was sad to not even see a goal, getting to take my father to 2 Spurs matches for the first time was a treat. Away at Forest was great- amazing stadium, environment and passionate fans. Home environment was lacking - despite size, it's lacking in noise and intimidation.

I am watching All in The Family starting from the beginning. While I saw reruns growing up, I have never done this as an adult. It is amazing about both how well it holds up and how much the same conversations with the same types of people are still happening 55 years later.
