If there are any US constitution experts who'd like to volunteer to analyse the actions on the TrumpActionTracker from a constitutional perspective - please get in touch! It's a big undertaking but I think would provide an important lens. trumpactiontracker@gmail.com www.trumpactiontracker.info

I’ve been in or around politics for over a half-century now. I’ve watched as corporations and the super-rich flooded D.C. with campaign cash and ransacked our system. It won't be easy, but here’s how we break the corporate oligarchy and return power to the people.

It seems like the federal government wanted to commandeer the judge into doing their law enforcement work, which they cannot do as a constitutional matter. Refusing to assist the federal government is not the same as actively impeding law enforcement. This is highly suspect behavior from the feds.

The last day on which a majority of the Supreme Court’s justices had been appointed by Democratic presidents was May 14, 1969. One of the things we do in the legal academy is support our claims with facts.

Really excited to have this new article out: "Six Myths of Judicial Independence" Since I began this project it has become increasingly relevant. The Rule of Law depends upon free and independent courts - but what this means is beset with myths www.uwa.edu.au/schools/-/me...
