Is there an image of this online somewhere? Seems like there oughta be, but I can't find one. Do I need to break the seal and take it out of the book?

Anybody else collect stuff over the years, then have difficulty making time to actually use and enjoy it all?

This is what my hands look like during maple syrup season. After a scrub and shower, they will look the same. It'll be weeks before they get back to looking like my normal computer geek hands. 🤪

A look at my roughed up, semi-permanently dirty right hand.

I spent the whole day in the woods alone and freezing my butt off while boiling sap to fill just 6 bottles with maple syrup. It was a great day. When the syrup season is over, I'll get back to nerdy stuff. (yes, I fill old whiskey bottles with syrup. It's just for me/family/friends)

We're smack into the middle of #MARCHintosh and these poor Macs aren't getting any love. Look at these neglected little ones stuck on some bottom shelf behind some random junk. Is this a felony? #retrocomputing

Casually browsing through the book Digital Retro by Gordon Laing. A wonderful coffee table book showcasing some popular computers from the late 70s through 80s. I like it a lot even though it glosses over the Coco for some reason! #retrocomputing #books

When I'm feeling a lot of anxiety due to external forces, I find it helpful to play Solitaire or Mahjongg. Finishing a game somehow feels like I'm bringing order to chaos. Essential therapy. I've been playing a lot of Mahjongg lately. So. Much. Mahjongg.

Today I managed to carve out a path in the snow so we can make it to the outdoor whiz palace a little easier. (This post being more reto latrine-related than retro computing-related. Sorry, eh?)

Heh. Yeah, whoever had it before me obviously used it in a vertical orientation. I had to remove these plastic rails off the bottom of the case. I've never seen the vertical stand that these would slide onto.

Two plastic rails for mounting an IBM 5160 onto a stand in a vertical orientation. I think.
