That should tell you something about whether or not it will provide any material benefit to infill housing production! 0214
Reposted by joeJordan Grimes @cafedujord.bsky.social · 1hSurprised to see so many responses here leaning toward or supporting Prop 45 *on the basis that it would make it easier to build housing in urban areas.* AB130 exempted nearly all new infill housing from CEQA last year!! It was a huge deal, and it's working! We don't need 45 to do that! 4388
joe @jjoe.bsky.social · 1hA small point: the sign isn't even correct on the number of units. It was initially proposed as 200 units, and they dropped it to 180 in their latest application. 000

joe @jjoe.bsky.social · 02/10/2026Got it, thanks. Interesting distinction and I see your point about how this *should* not be possible under my (admittedly limited) understanding of what's going on under the hood of the models. 010
joe @jjoe.bsky.social · 02/10/2026My assumption was always something like: "Ai what is 500000+1" *classifier reads this as a math problem, calls calculator, gets answer, passes it back to the LLM* "The answer is 500001" Is that not the case? Or do the model developers not give this much information publicly? 200
