For Week 40 of the Spinner Rack of Random Comic Book Readin', we had National Comic Book Day, National Daughters Day, Heritage Day, a first swim meet, a 50th birthday party, National Sons Day, and a virtual meet-up all about gorillas in comics that I hosted. Phew! No wonder I'm so tired. 🙂

According to the internet, today is National Comic Book Day. Don't worry if you almost missed it because tomorrow will also be National Comic Book Day, and so will the next day and the one after that. Personally, I think every day should be National Comic Book Day.

Treasury Thursday I've got to admit, I never really *got* Howard the Duck. To be honest, I picked this one up because of the Defenders. I'm still not really sure what to make of it. Great covers though. I might need to give it another chance.
