Russia should analyze the feasibility of its existing network of medical institutions, said Anatoly Artamonov, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets.

He argued that instead of maintaining underutilized hospitals, patients could be redirected to larger medical facilities with the necessary specialists and sufficient patient flow.

To respond to your question I have to say that I don’t dislike it. I really like it and I see a lot of benefits for it. Of course there are small things but in general its great! I dislike the change I’m seeing where my country is struggling to keep the ideals we have built this country on.

Well we pay a lot of tax but i think it’s a reasonable amount looking at all the benefits we get from it. I happily pay my taxes! It’s crucial that we believe in the system and that the system works for the citizens. When that trust is broken the system wont work.
