There is no range in the game. It depends on who the target of the card is. If it targets all enemies, then red arrows show up for all enemies. If the card just targets the adventurer who this card belongs to, then a blue arrow shows up etc.

Cards are tied to the character, so only the hero can use ShieldPush.
