First version of A Christmas Carol I ever saw was the 1983 Disney cartoon. Ghost of Christmas Future knocks Scrooge McDuck into his open grave, and he clings to a root as the casket opens below him to reveal the fires of hell. It's pretty metal, actually.

Writing efforts have picked up a bit since I started jotting ideas down at the office with a pen and notepad. Always seemed tedious to me, but I've discovered the Pilot G2 .07mm is very comfortable. Less comfortable: Copying the notes into my laptop. I'm considering investing in a clipboard.

We don't even have a cause of death for PAC, but people are already using it to call for stronger drug testing in AEW. It's like people don't know what to do with their grief, except to skip to the next page in the hot take playbook. You can just lay out for a few days, guys, it'll keep.

Hot-t-t take: In spite of how it's turned out, the partnership was still the best move for TNA, given how deep a hole they've been in since 2013. We all knew WWE was never going to lift them all the way out of that hole, but it's on TNA if they can't climb the rest of the way on their own.
