The pasta sauce was amazing and had a lovely creamy texture. I haven’t tried the pot yet but I taste tested as making. Apart from a little grainy, it’s good. #vegan #govegan 081

I normally blend cashews to make it but forgot to soak them so I used chickpeas instead, with vegan butter, flour, nutritional yeast and hot almond milk. Transferred to pan and let it thicken.
