It’s become such a cliché at this point. I don’t know if filmmakers are trying to separate us from people of the past instead of what they SHOULD be doing, which is making the lives of the past more relatable, because we’re more similar than not.

I have almost certainly been fooled by a lot more images and media recently without realizing they were AI-generated. Obviously there is still a LOT of stuff out there that still has that AI-generated look, but I feel like a line has been crossed. And it’s making me feel absolutely ill.

I’ve been dreading this. I’ve been duped by two AI-generated things (one video, one photo) within the span of a few days. This stresses me out immensely. That means AI has reached the point where I am more likely to assume the media in front of me is real without questioning it.
