Believe victims, listen to them, be there for them in whatever way they're most comfortable with, and may the people who do these horrific things never know another day of peace in our spaces again.

I need Capcom to remake RE5 and keep the "Come on! Hurry!" buttons so @littleoneyouare.bsky.social can just sit there and spam them the entire time we play again, otherwise I don't want it 😤

I just got the urge to play a couple rounds of Marathon, and I really hope Bungie is given the time and resources to stick with this thing, because every time I play it, I come away thinking it feels so good to play and I love this world/aesthetic. I'd be so bummed if it all went away.

Mild mechanical spoilers for early game of Silent Hill: Townfall: You have to fine-tune a signal with the CRTV by roltating the PS5 controller at a perfect angle, and then hold it there while you do other inputs. It genuinely hurt my hands and I really hope there aren't too many more of those.

There's been another outage for well over a day now and I've only had a very limited connection through the backup extender thingy that runs off the cell towers or whatever. I would just like this stuff to work consistently, that's not too much to ask, right?!

Silent Hill: Townfall is very cool so far. They're nailing the series' signature atmosphere and tone so far, and I think the perspective shift to first-person has been really nice. I'm gonna have to get used to the more stealth-focused gameplay, at least to start, but so far, I'm enjoying it a lot!

I would really fucking appreciate it if my internet could just be consistent and not constantly crap out at the worst possible times. Even with getting new equipment and upgrading our plan after cutting out cable and the landline to save on the bill, this is still happening and I'm just so over it.

I just saw a YouTube video titled "Wolverine Is An Infection Point For AAA Games" and I swear, some of these reactionary YouTube grifters are just living in an alternate reality. The game reviewed decently well, is selling okay, and fan sentiment seems to be generally solid.

How the fuck do you put out a Halo remake that was supposed to be a stepping stone to new games in the franchise and then turn around and gut the team who was supposed to make it, reducing them to a support studio while also handing the keys to a completely different studio? It's just exhausting.

Cannot overstate how good the new Holding Absence album is. Modern Life Is Lonely is the most I've loved an album in this more experimental post-hardcore genre since probably Hands Like Houses in their prime or Too Close To Touch (rest in peace, Keaton Pierce). Gonna be on repeat for a while.
