My caveat: This seems to be a one time thing with a disproportionately light punishment in comparison to his peers. This is in direct *contrast* to “allies” with a pattern of assaults and misconduct , e.g. Wheaton and Gailman. My feelings on this are more complicated than in those cases…

There was a weird era when there was an obsession with forever-games. Random generation was the cheapest, laziest way to do it, which unfortunately means indies flooded the market with glorified gamejam projects; meant to be played for an hour or two, go “that was neat,” and never picked up again
