My knees ache just kneeling next to my PC for a few minutes, I’d never survive oral without like, a pillow on the ground.

The armature stuff is normal too, when you export (like, again, to a game engine), you always want to either remove control bones and only export the deforms. I know .fbx has a setting to only export deform bones. Outside of Blender they have no meaning.

You can also share the .blend. All they need is the correct Blender version. The shader node thing is normal, you ordinarily only want to export for stuff like game engines, where you can re-implement that stuff through code.

If you’re importing it into a fresh project, go to Color Management and switch AgX to Standard. And the .glb looks correct. It just uses a different shape. If you check the outliner on the top-right you should see another collection, just delete the hidden mesh in there.

The textures, as far as I’m aware, are normal. No matter what you’ll have to include those separately. Make sure to apply all transforms, that’s the only thing I can imagine is wrong? If that doesn’t work, try a different export, like .glb, and see what happens.
