Had a wonderful time at the @bsgct.bsky.social annual conference! I was delighted to be able to share our work on human airway epithelial cell culture for transplantation and how this contributes to the @epicentr.bsky.social efforts towards a cell and gene therapy for airway epidermolysis bullosa.

🚨Today our phenotypic screening work with primary human airway basal cells is published @jcellsci.bsky.social! We found that multiple Wnt activating compounds promote basal cell proliferation and validated 1-azakenpaullone in vivo. doi.org/10.1242/jcs....
