Shouldn't EVERY lawsuit asking to invalidate Trump admin actions include the 14th Amendment insurrection clause prohibiting Trump from holding office, thus invalidating every EO, appointment and bill signing? Should be many SCOTUS opinions providing examples where no Congressional act was needed.

I am refusing to listen to Trump's speech before the joint session of Congress. Nobody needs to subject themselves to this attempt to gaslight, insult and downright lie to the entire nation. Tank his ratings - watch a movie, listen to music, just don't be "present" for the dictator.

Well, let's start with the fact that DOGE is an unlawful advisory committee under the requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. Then, let's take a look at the procurement process that was used to fork over that $$$. Lots for the lawyers to put a fork into DOGE.

A constitutional focus will ground arguments to those foundations and blunt attempts to argue illegal actions are "policy prerogatives" or somehow within the scope of "Presidential immunity." It also blunts objections that pleadings are based solely on "moral objections."

I like what I am seeing from the organizations taking Trump and Musk to court. Every legal action should be taking the tack that first and foremost Trump is violating his Oath of Office and failing to faithfully execute the laws of the nation and support and defend the Constitution.
