Shouldn't EVERY lawsuit asking to invalidate Trump admin actions include the 14th Amendment insurrection clause prohibiting Trump from holding office, thus invalidating every EO, appointment and bill signing? Should be many SCOTUS opinions providing examples where no Congressional act was needed.

So, I hear trump wants to target Act Blue. I guess he wants to get rid of SOCTUS Citizens United ruling that "money is speech." If so, that just might end all of his own grifting. Be careful what you ask for . . . you might just get it.

I am refusing to listen to Trump's speech before the joint session of Congress. Nobody needs to subject themselves to this attempt to gaslight, insult and downright lie to the entire nation. Tank his ratings - watch a movie, listen to music, just don't be "present" for the dictator.

I like what I am seeing from the organizations taking Trump and Musk to court. Every legal action should be taking the tack that first and foremost Trump is violating his Oath of Office and failing to faithfully execute the laws of the nation and support and defend the Constitution.
