Ah, true, true. I never played CQB, always open fields or forests with some scattered constuctions (once was even kms, spent the whole day in a walking simulator). I never liked the idea of CQB because of that, I guess. BB hits must be very itchy 😄

Distance affects a lot. If it's from far away and hits you in the gear you may not even notice, but yeah, close range can be no fun. Protection is a must, specially for the eyes. But I think paintball is way worse 🤔

I used to play 20 (sigh) years ago. It was fun but if you have to find the right people. One idiot can ruin a day. Still have some gear, even my custom made patches. But I don't want to get back to it. Having an adult income could lead to a lot of unnecessary expenses 😂

LogMeIn doesn't have the option in their settings. That's not strange. But it doesn't allow you to submit a support request unless you call them by phone. Also they have the worse navigation ever in their site.

Sony requires me to cancel a service called Creator's Cloud (?). I never signed up, but ok, I go to the site to cancel it. It's in Japanese. And when I try to log in, my credentials work but I'm blocked because that service is not available on my region. 🫪

I saw it, still think the same. To have a good camera is irrelevant. I'm sure you could take way better pictures with a bad camera than a layman with the best one. Because you developed the skill as a professional (same as my father and grandfather).

I don't think that having a phone with a camera makes one a photographer. Same as being a hairdresser because of having scissors or being a surgeon because you could open someone's chest. Having the tool is not the same as knowing the trade.

In Spain we have the so called "most progressive government since democracy" (last 50 years) and our UBI is a fucking joke. And we have public healthcare and ok-ish paternity leave and paid holidays and a shit ton of things the US doesn't. Still, a real UBI is not going to happen.

I think they managed to squeeze money from 70s and 80s kids when they became adults. It worked with things like Star Wars, GTA Vice City or Stranger Things. I see they're trying now with 90s kids. Sorry big corpos. Us 90s kids are mostly broke.
