This juxtaposition made me smile.

I somewhat unwisely stayed up later than planned to finish @marthawells.com new Murderbot book. It was excellent and totally worth it but a long day and a bit of sleep deprivation meant this hit a bit harder than it might have normally. 😢❤️

I have a suggestion from the commonwealth.

A fictional coat of arms for Canada showing a beaver riding a Canada Goose, both animals mouths are open in a “roar”. It’s majestic AF.

Turns out @felicia.day’s Red Werewolf Hunter was trending on Crave! Apparently it was filmed in Toronto. I will have to rewatch with an eye for locations!

I am not sure how to feel about this timeline juxtaposition. I choose to take it as a positive sign, but maybe i should go check the perimeter. #gojaysgo

Probably doesn’t mean much out of context but I am now considering listening to the audiobook just so I can hear this conversation out loud. Well played @scalzi.com 😆

As soon as I saw @lartist.bsky.social post his “candy corn” foxes I knew I wanted to match them with my print of his rainbow jays. Over a year later I finally did my “homage”. (Blatant rip off?) Could be better but I am mostly happy with it given my limited photoshop skills.
